Return Policy

All pre-ordered, custom-ordered, and sale items are final sale.

If you are not satisfied with your DANA-MAXX.com purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of its original delivery date. Item(s) must be returned in its original and unworn condition with all tags attached. You may return item(s) for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges on returned items.

To return an item please download a return authorization form here. Items returned without this form will not be accepted. Include your order number on the return form and indicate on your invoice which item(s) you are returning, and whether you'd like a refund, exchange or store credit. If you are returning the item in exchange for another DANA-MAXX.com item, please include the requested item, color, and size.

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. You may ship your return with any company you like. Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us, should they be lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a method with a tracking number or delivery confirmation. We also recommend insuring your return.

Once your return is received, and upon inspection of the returned item, you will receive a onfirmation email that your credit card will be refunded. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days upon your return’s arrival for processing.
