Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival.  Returns will not be accepted after 7 days.  Please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, with all tags attached, and a return authorization form, for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.  Returns are not accepted on sale items, special orders, or pre-ordered merchandise. 

If you are returning the item in exchange for another item, please include the requested item, color, and size.  If the requested item(s) above are not available, you will be refunded instead, and will receive an email when this is complete.  Any difference in price for exchanges will be charged or refunded to the same credit card used to place the order.

Items will be inspected upon return.  Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.  Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not accepted.

To return an item please download a RA FORM HERE.  We recommend FedEx when shipping returns.  However, if you choose to use another shipping carrier, we recommend insuring your items.  We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Once your return is received, and upon inspection of the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email that your credit card will be refunded.  Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount.  Shipping charges cannot be refunded.  Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
