What is a pre-order?

When you pre-order an item, you are reserving an item before it comes out. Your card is charged in full for the items when the order is placed. You can order the item to reserve your size and we will ship the merchandise to you as soon as it is available.

How do I place an order at Dana-Maxx?

You can place your order online or email customerservice@dana-daxx.com.

What credit cards do you accept?

Dana-Maxx.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express.

Can I add something to my order?

If you wish to add merchandise to your order after the order is placed, you must place a new order for the additional merchandise.

Can you create a custom design not offered on Dana-Maxx.com?

Yes! If you are interested in creating a custom one-of-a-kind design, please contact info@dana-maxx.com for further information.

How do you ship my order?

We ship all orders through UPS.

Do you ship Priority or Express?

Stock permitting, we can ship your order Priority or Express. For all shipping inquiries, please refer to shipping.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. Please refer to shipping for additional information about shipping internationally.

How do I track my order?

You will be sent tracking information after your order is placed and shipping is confirmed.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Dana-Maxx.com does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. state with the exception of New York, California, Nevada, and Florida where customers are subject to their respective sales tax.

For International orders, because taxes and duties vary by country, Dana-Maxx.com cannot determine what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
